Production Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Specialist to join us on this journey, using his or her technological skills and help enhance our efficiency. Our ideal candidate will be responsible to provide high level technical support and incident resolution in all aspects of IT infrastructure, production systems and mobile applications. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on our day-to-day IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the IT infrastructure of production systems.
• Manage and timely resolve incidents: perform primary diagnostics and fix problems within the area accountable for or escalate these incidents to DevOps and/or Developers.
• Coordinate work on incidents between different departments: Operational, Quality Control, DevOps, Development and other departments.

Requirements:

• Linux administration skills.
• 1-2 years of demonstrated IT work experience or similar roles.
• Skills in using Kibana (OpenSearch) to search and analyse logs and metrics.
• General understanding of the HTTP and REST protocols.
• Knowledge of SQL at a basic level: select, join, update, and so on.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian will be considered an advantage).

Will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in testing complex IT systems.

Work schedule:

Rotating shift: Two working days, two days off (floating weekends)
