HR Manager (Saint-Petersburg)

Requirements:

• Readiness to relocate to Saint-Petersburg in short terms (company offers relocation package)
• 3+ years experience on the same position in a company of 100+ people
• Experience of working in a companies with western style of management
• Higher education in the area of Psychology or Human resources
• Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication.
• Experience of working in IT companies is a plus
• Fluent spoken English
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate key HR processes: workforce planning, recruiting, adaptation, career development, performance management, HR branding, corporate culture, and HR budgeting.
• Manage and lead HR team.
• Develop and implement effective HR plan that is aligned to Business needs
• Update HR policies and practices in line with business and organization requirements
• Develop and implement effective adaption program for new employees
• Manpower hiring as per recruitment plan agreed along with Business heads/Dept.leads
• Act as a business partner and provide analytics/reports to business heads to help them have a puls of their teams and overall market situation.
• Ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and on the senior executive team.
